The Challenge

  • Increase interaction with the section of the app: Bill payments.
  • Establish user journey alternatives by categorizing companies so that users can find them faster.
  • Create a "favorites system" where users can save their most frequent invoices.

Pain Points

No differentiation between sections.

List of options too long.

There is no way to access to a frequent payment.

Early approach

Highlight available balance and communicate earnings for each payment.
